Since 1999, the Niessing brand has been successfully managed in its own monobrand stores in the cities of Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne, Munich, Münster, Stuttgart, and Zurich. As an expanding company, the Niessing Jewelry Cooperation manages all European Niessing Stores centrally from Vreden.

For 150 years now, these have combined traditional craftsmanship and visionary design and have established themselves as timeless modern jewelry icons. For the management of our store in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a committed successor as soon as possible to follow in the footsteps of our valued Store Manager, who is taking his well-deserved retirement.

YOUR PROFILE

Relevant professional and management experience in the luxury goods industry
The ability to lead and motivate yourself and your team
Passion for retail, customers and sales
Experience in business management processes
Enjoy dealing with premium products
Communicative personality, confident and self-assured demeanor

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Together with your team, you are responsible for presenting Niessing as a brand in the best possible way and thus managing the site economically
Personnel requirements planning and support in personnel selection
Continuous optimization of site key figures / business management responsibility
Development of employee targets and employee motivation
Sharing responsibility for achieving budget and company targets
Participation in the planning and implementation of sales-promoting events and advertising campaigns

GOLDSMITH (M/F/D) FULL AND PART TIME

YOUR PROFILE

Completed professional training as a goldsmith or comparable training with appropriate technical & material knowledge
You preferably have professional experience as a watchmaker / goldsmith / jeweler
You enjoy personal and expert advice.
You show an understanding and feeling for good design and creation
Working with people gives you great pleasure

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The areas of responsibility are exciting and varied, so you will work both as a goldsmith and as a sales assistant.
You adapt our jewelry pieces to specific customer wishes within the context of the Niessing design specifications.
In our stores, you will enthusiastically create unique and emotional shopping experiences. You provide excellent service and respond individually to customer requests.
You pass on your goldsmith knowledge to your colleagues and train the team on site.

YOUR PROFILE

Several years of professional experience in the sale of jewelry/luxury goods
Working with and for people gives you great pleasure
Selling in German as well as in English
A distinctive customer and service orientation as well as a flair for a sophisticated presentation of goods
A well-groomed, friendly appearance and the best manners

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating a unique and emotional shopping experience
You provide excellent service and respond to customers individually
You represent the brand locally and build up your own customer base in the long term
You operate with the current MS Office applications and with our merchandise management program
You decorate according to CI guidelines and the design language
