1. DO I NEED A ZOOM ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO REGISTER?

We recommend that you download the free Zoom app for this event. No further registration is necessary.

2. WILL I BE VISIBLE TO ALL VIEWERS? DO I NEED TO TURN OFF MY CAMERA?

No, as a viewer you cannot be seen or heard by anyone.

3. DO I NEED TO TURN OFF THE SOUND?

Your sound is automatically turned off. You can ask your questions to the speakers via the chat.

4. DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE ZOOM APP?

This is not required. We still recommend installing the app to have the best possible view of the Home Event.

5. HOW CAN I ASK A QUESTION OF THE NIESSING SPEAKERS?

You can easily ask your question of the speakers via the chat function. You decide whether you want to ask anonymously.

6. IS MY CONNECTION SECURE?

Each of your connections is encrypted and therefore untraceable on the network.

7. IF I LOSE THE CONNECTION, CAN I RECONNECT?

You can always return to the Home Event via the link in your confirmation e-mail.

8. ON WHICH TERMINAL IS THE PARTICIPATION BEST TO BE VIEWED?

We recommend participating in the Home Event with a PC or tablet. The larger the screen, the more magical the experience. If you participate with a cell phone, we recommend the landscape mode.

9. HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF I HAVE WON A NIESSING PIECE OF JEWELRY?

At the end of the Niessing Story Time, the winner will be drawn from all participants. You will receive notification of your win via e-mail, and you can select your Niessing piece of jewelry. We will then send it to your home.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
NIESSING STORY TIME

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Niessing Schmuck-Kooperation GmbH & Co. KG, Butenwall 117, 48691 Vreden (hereinafter referred to as “NSK”), will raffle the new Niessing Cord Wave and two Niessing Colette C Setario pendants in the color Purple on May 5, 2026.

The closing date for entries is Mai 5, 2026.

Only natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany or Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") may participate. Employees of NSK (hereinafter referred to as "Employees") and their relatives as well as employees and relatives of affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.

The legal process is excluded.

2. HOW IT WORKS

The winner will be selected at random during the Niessing Story Time on May 5, 2026. The winners will be notified by email.

CLAIMING THE PROFIT

The claim can be made until 15.05.2026 23:59 ("Claim Period"). If the prize is not claimed by the end of the Claim Period, the prize will be forfeited. Contact will be made via a Niessing store, the NSK. The winner will be informed of their prize by e-mail.

3. PRIVACY POLICY

The personal data provided by the participant will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting and handling the NSK competition for the duration of the competition (Art. 6 para.1 lit. b EU-DSGVO). In some cases, especially in the case of transfers to other European countries, it may be required by law to collect additional data and store it for an additional period of time. NSK will comply with the legal requirements; however, it will not process or pass on the data in any way beyond this and will delete it at the earliest possible time. 4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NSK is only liable for damages that are due to intent or gross negligence. The above exclusion of liability does not apply in the event of culpable injury to life, limb or health. The regulations of the product liability law are not restricted by this limitation of liability.

5. FURTHER RULES / CHANGES TO THE CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

NSK reserves the right to exclude participants who are suspected of using unauthorized aids to participate in the competition or otherwise attempting to gain advantages for themselves or third parties through manipulation. In such cases, NSK is entitled not to pay out prizes that have already been promised or to reclaim prizes that have been paid out. NSK reserves the right to change these conditions of participation in the event of significantly changed circumstances, especially if this is necessary for technical reasons for proper implementation. NSK also reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely for important reasons. NSK reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition who attempt to influence the competition by falsifying facts or submitting forged invoices or in any other way. This is possible even if there are suspicious circumstances.
