Return and Refund Policy

You can return products purchased from the Niessing Online Store to us free of charge within 14 days of delivery. After we have received your shipment, it will be checked and you will then receive a refund using the original method of payment.

Delivery times

Every piece of Niessing jewelry is handcrafted especially for you in the manufactory. The delivery time for our individually made jewelry is usually two to three weeks. If you would like faster delivery, please contact our concierge directly.

On request, we can also produce and deliver some pieces of jewelry, such as Niessing Colette or Artist, within three to seven working days.

In particularly urgent cases, the pieces of jewelry available in our Niessing Stores are also available at short notice we will find the right solution for you. In any case, we value the highest quality and safe delivery.
