Sweepstakes “Love is in the air”

2. ELIGIBILITY

Only natural persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation and who purchase a Niessing wedding ring set during the promotion period are eligible to participate. 

3. PARTICIPATION AND PROMOTION PERIOD 

The promotion period may vary depending on the partner. Please refer to this page for the applicable promotion period. 

Participation occurs by purchasing a Niessing wedding ring set from a Niessing partner within the promotion period and by completing the designated entry form fully and truthfully. 

One entry is allowed per purchased ring set. 

4. PRIZE

The prize consists of: 

• One Niessing Love Wall including 90 copper plates 

The corresponding toolbox can be borrowed from a participating Niessing partner. Upon request, the toolbox can also be shipped. 

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted, or transferred to third parties. 

5. WINNER SELECTION AND DRAW

The draw will take place on 6 April 2026 among all eligible participants using a random selection process. 

The winner will be notified by email. 

If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within one month of the first notification, a new winner will be selected randomly. 

6. PRIZE DELIVERY

The prize will be sent to the postal address provided by the winner. 

The toolbox can be collected at the Niessing partner where the wedding ring set was purchased. Upon request, it can also be shipped. 

By participating in the “Love is in the air” sweepstakes, Niessing processes participants’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

Subscription to the Niessing newsletter is voluntary and not a prerequisite for participation in the sweepstakes. Further information on data processing in connection with the newsletter can be found in our Privacy Policy.

• First and last name 

• Email address 

• Postal address 

• Participating Niessing partner 

3. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

Data is processed solely for the following purposes: 

• Conducting the sweepstakes 

• Verifying eligibility to participate 

• Randomly selecting the winner 

• Notifying the winner 

• Organizing and delivering/shipping the prize 

• Sending of the Niessing newsletter, provided that separate consent has been given (further information on data processing in connection with the newsletter can be found in our Privacy Policy) 

Data will not be used for marketing purposes unless separate consent has been given. 

4. LEGAL BASIS

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for pre-contractual measures or for the performance of a contract in connection with participation in the sweepstakes). 

5. DATA SHARING

Personal data will only be shared to the extent necessary to carry out the sweepstakes, in particular with: 

• Shipping service providers 

• Participating Niessing partners for providing or handing over the toolbox 

No further disclosure to third parties will take place. 

6. DATA RETENTION

Personal data will be deleted after the sweepstakes has been fully completed, unless legal retention obligations apply. 

7. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Participants have the following rights: 

• Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) 

• Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) 

• Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)

8. WITHDRAWAL AND CONSEQUENCES

Participation in the sweepstakes is voluntary. 

Participants may object to the processing of their personal data or withdraw their consent at any time. In this case, further participation in the sweepstakes will no longer be possible.
