If you withdraw from this contract, we are required to reimburse you for all the payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred by choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we provide), without delay and, at the latest, within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used to process the original transaction to process the refund, unless we have expressly agreed to an alternative arrangement with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund. If you are using a loan to finance this contract and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This should be assumed especially if we are your lender or if your lender engages our services with regard to financing the loan. If the loan has already been paid to us at the time of cancellation, your lender shall be subject to our rights and obligations under this financed contract in relation to you and with regard to the legal ramifications of the cancellation. The latter does not apply if the subject matter of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currencies or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, we advise that you make use of your right of cancellation and revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal therefrom.

We are responsible for bearing the costs for returning goods if the return takes place within Germany.
