What types of Niessing earrings are available?
Niessing offers stud earrings, dangling earrings and hoops in a variety of designs — from fine and delicate to expressive and striking. Each piece of jewelry is crafted in the Niessing manufactory in Vreden.
What distinguishes Niessing earrings?
Niessing earrings combine a clear, minimalist design language with high-quality precious metals, distinctive Niessing Colors and precise craftsmanship. Depending on the design, the precious metal, form or a diamond takes center stage.
Which materials and colors are available?
Depending on the collection, Niessing earrings are available in Gold 750 or Platinum 950 as well as in various Niessing Colors. The Setario collection also features enamel. The specific selection depends on the individual piece of jewelry.
Which earring backs are available for Niessing earrings?
Various earring backs are available for Niessing earrings — from classic butterfly backs to specially developed Niessing stoppers. Depending on the collection and model, we recommend the appropriate back for maximum wearing comfort.
Are Niessing earrings available with diamonds?
Yes. Various Niessing earring designs showcase diamonds in different ways. In Spannring® earrings, for example, the brilliant-cut diamond is tension-set horizontally and faces the viewer, while in Brillant Akzent a minimalist setting places the diamond at the center.
How sustainable are Niessing earrings?
We use gold and platinum from secondary sources and obtain the precious metals from certified German and Swiss refineries. For pieces of jewelry with diamonds, we exclusively use natural, conflict-free diamonds that are subject to the System of Warranties of the Kimberley Process. In addition, we inspect the quality of the diamonds in our own diamond laboratory.
How do I care for my earrings properly?
We recommend hot water, a little soap and a soft cloth or a small, soft brush.
What service does Niessing offer for earrings?
Niessing earrings can be inspected, refreshed or refurbished. Service work should be arranged through an authorized Niessing partner.
What warranty applies?
We offer an international warranty of two years from the date of purchase. Unauthorized service work may restrict warranty coverage and future service options.
How do returns and exchanges work?
For online or Concierge purchases, a 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies. Personalized or individually crafted pieces of jewelry are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
How do shipping and consultation work?
For individually crafted pieces of jewelry, the delivery time is generally two to three weeks (within Europe). Personal consultation at a Niessing Store or with a Niessing partner is particularly helpful when selecting proportions, color effect and, where applicable, the appropriate diamond size.
