FAQ
What distinguishes Niessing rings?
Niessing rings combine a clear, minimalist design language with exceptional color variety and precise craftsmanship. The range extends from minimalist color rings to expressive diamond rings. Many designs can be combined with one another and allow for individual ring stacking. As the inventor of the seamless wedding ring and the Niessing Spannring®, Niessing has exceptional expertise in the design and manufacture of rings.
What types of Niessing jewelry rings are available?
The range extends from simple color rings to solitaire rings, side rings, companion rings, memoire rings and eternity rings, as well as tension rings, cocktail rings, band rings, stackable rings, winding rings and spiral rings. Most rings are available with or without diamonds. Depending on the design, the rings can be worn individually or combined with one another.
Which Niessing rings can be combined?
Many Niessing jewelry rings are suitable for individual combinations and ring stacking. Different ring widths, shapes, Niessing Colors and diamonds can be combined. Color rings, diamond companion rings and collections such as Setario and Colette offer a wide range of possibilities for creating a personal ring look and expanding it over time.
Which materials and colors are available?
Depending on the collection, Niessing jewelry rings are available in Gold 750 or Platinum 950 as well as in various Niessing Colors. Enamel is also used in the Setario collection. Different colors can be worn individually or deliberately combined when stacking rings.
How do I find the right ring size?
The Niessing size finder and ring sizing template can be used to determine the right ring size. Alternatively, the ring size can be determined in person at a Niessing Store or by a Niessing partner.
Can the ring size be adjusted later?
For most rings, we offer a complimentary size adjustment up to a maximum of four weeks after the purchase date. Pavé-set rings and custom-made pieces are excluded. Rings that have already been worn can also be resized at fair prices.
How transparent are the origin and quality of the diamonds?
For our pieces of jewelry, we exclusively use natural, conflict-free diamonds that are subject to the System of Warranties of the Kimberley Process. In addition, we inspect the quality of the diamonds in our own diamond laboratory. Diamonds from 0.3 ct upwards also receive an independent certificate.
How sustainable are Niessing rings?
We use gold and platinum from secondary sources and obtain the precious metals from certified German and Swiss refineries. For rings with diamonds, we use exclusively natural, conflict-free diamonds that are subject to the System of Warranties of the Kimberley Process. In addition, we inspect the quality of the diamonds in our own diamond laboratory.
How do I care for my rings properly?
We recommend hot water, a little soap and a soft cloth or a small, soft brush. For frequently worn rings with diamonds, regular inspection is advisable.
What service does Niessing offer for rings?
Niessing rings can be inspected, refreshed, refurbished or repaired. Service work should be arranged through an authorized Niessing partner.
What warranty applies?
We offer an international warranty of two years from the date of purchase. Unauthorized service work may restrict warranty coverage and future service options.
How do shipping, returns and consultation work?
For individually crafted pieces of jewelry, the delivery time is generally two to three weeks (within Europe). Online purchases generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal; personalized or individually crafted pieces of jewelry are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Personal consultation at a Niessing Store or with a Niessing partner is available when selecting ring size, Niessing Color, design and diamonds.
