Manufactory
The manufactory and its workshops have been the heart of Niessing since 1873. Every piece of jewelry is crafted in Vreden — from the melting of gold and platinum bars to the finished piece itself. At Niessing, the entire manufactory operates under one roof. Workshop and design department collaborate closely in research and development.
Design
The Niessing design philosophy has its roots in the Bauhaus movement. We strive to break the rules, explore new paths and open closed doors. The traditional art of goldsmithing, technological innovation and design are inseparably connected at Niessing. Inspired by architecture, natural phenomena and the power of color, we create jewelry that is reduced to the essentials.
History
Niessing has stood for masterful goldsmithing and innovative spirit since 1873. What began as a workshop for devotional objects and wedding rings evolved into an internationally renowned jewelry manufactory in Vreden. To this day, the Bauhaus idea shapes not only the design of what Niessing produces, but also the way that Niessing thinks, develops and crafts them.

Ein Ring ohne Anfang und ohne Ende – unendlich wie die Liebe. Der fugenlose Niessing Trauring wird seit über 120 Jahren in der Vredener Manufaktur nach einem eigens entwickelten Verfahren gefertigt und lässt sich über mehrere Ringgrößen hinweg bedenkenlos weiten und stauchen.
POINTIERTE FASSUNG
Auch die pointierte Fasstechnik ist eine Erfindung von Niessing – und bis heute einzigartig. Die eigens entwickelte und ständig verfeinerte Technik ermöglicht es, mehr Brillanten zu fassen als mit jeder anderen Methode. Die Steine entfalten ein maximales Funkeln und Feuer, während die Oberfläche des Schmuckstücks vollkommen glatt bleibt.
SPANNRING
Pur, klar, zeitlos: Der Niessing Spannring® ist der Brillant-Solitär der Moderne. Die Magie einer großen Idee – der kostbare Stein wird ohne jede Fassung in den Ring eingespannt und scheint über der Hand zu schweben. Gehalten allein durch die unsichtbare Kraft der Spannung. Als eingetragenes Kunstwerk steht er heute in Museen der ganzen Welt.
NIESSING COLORS
Farben, die es sonst nirgendwo auf der Welt gibt – über 40 einzigartige Goldfarben, so warm wie Meeressand, so leuchtend wie ein Sonnenuntergang, so zart, dass das Gold zu erröten scheint. In der Vredener Manufaktur hat Niessing den Farbkreis in Gold geschlossen – und mit Solaris, Iris und Aura sogar einzigartige Farbverläufe entwickelt.
